Manager of Development - Endemol Digital Media - Los Angeles, CA

Endemol's growing digital division is looking for a sharp development executive. Duties include

. Developing new concepts and talent for specific advertiser, portal, and broadcast outlets

. Pitching new clients, preparing sales materials

. Project management

. Adapting existing TV formats for digital platforms

. Staying up-to-date on the latest deals and trends in the interactive, digital video, and new media advertising worlds

. Marketing support for TV shows, broadband and mobile properties

 
Skills:

. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills

. Strong editing, writing, and presentation skills

. Some graphic and web design skills, and video and photo editing skills, especially Final Cut Pro, Photoshop

. Familiarity with online content development process

. Fluency in all MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel

. Must be creative, solution-oriented, and dymanic.

Qualifications:

College degree, 3-6 years experience in a related entertainment, advertising or digital media field.
