AccessIT, Blaze TV to Bring SXSW Performances to Movie Theaters

Morristown, N.J. - Access Integrated Technologies (AccessIT), a provider of digital cinema delivery services, announced on Thursday that it has partnered with U.K. production company Blaze TV to produce and deliver performances from 24 bands at the South by Southwest music festival to movie theater screens.

AccessIT's Bigger Picture division will deliver the SXSW concerts in 5.1 Surround Sound to movie theaters equipped with digital cinema systems.

Included in the deal will be performances from artists including the Annuals, the Polyphonic Spree, the Buzzcocks, Lee "Scratch" Perry and Rickie Lee Jones.
