Sioux Falls, S.D. - LodgeNet, a provider of broadband and interactive TV services in hotel guest rooms, announced that it has received antitrust approval for its proposed $380 million acquisition of rival On Command, and expects to close the deal in the second quarter.

The company said it received notice of early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino antitrust act this week.

South Dakota-based LodgeNet provides its services in over one million hotel rooms representing more than 6,000 hotel properties worldwide; Denver-based On Command serves 898,000 rooms in 3,300 hotel properties.
