Amsterdam - Spotzer Media Group, a provider of online video advertising services, announced that it has raised an undisclosed sum in its third round of venture capital financing, led by Cyrte Investments.

Netherlands-based Spotzer helps clients create low-cost TV commercials and buy targeted air or media time on television, websites, mobile and other platforms; a similar service is offered by U.S.-based Spot Runner.

The company is set to launch global advertising services, and has posted a preview version of its service on its website.

Spotzer said Cyrte will help it establish relationships with media outlets and create agencies.
