Limelight Networks Looks to Raise $201 Million in IPO

Tempe, Ariz. - Limelight Networks, a provider of content delivery network services for digital media, looks to raise about $201 million in its planned initial public offering (IPO), according to an SEC filing made by the company.

Founded in 2001, Tempe, Ariz.-based Limelight speeds distribution of video, music, games and other media for more than 700 customers, including Amazon Unbox, Brightcove, MSNBC, Valve Software and Microsoft's Xbox Live.

The company previously raised $130 million in 2006 in a round led by Goldman Sachs Capital Partners.
