San Bruno, Calif. - Google's YouTube on Monday announced winners of its first YouTube Video Awards, where the site's community of users voted the online comedy "Ask a Ninja" the Best Series on YouTube.

Voters during week-long contest also recognized the band OK Go's unique treadmill-dance music video for their song "Here It Goes Again" as Most Creative Video.

Other winners included Terra Naomi, whose homemade music video for "Say It's Possible" on YouTube has garnered enough attention to land her a record deal with Island Records, and "The Winkone," a video blogger who took the nod for Best Commentary.
