Emeryville, Calif. - MobiTV, a provider of mobile TV delivery technology used by Sprint, AT&T, 3UK, Orange and others, announced on Tuesday that it has signed an agreement with Yahoo, which will become the company's mobile advertising network partner.

Yahoo will provide text, banner and mobile video ads on MobiTV-delivered content, as part of its new Yahoo Mobile Publisher Services also announced today.

"As an undisputed leader in digital advertising across both the PC and mobile, we are uniquely able to combine valuable inventory with our global sales force and deep technology to deliver the comprehensive solution top advertisers are looking for as they go mobile," said Bruce Stewart, vice president of business development at Yahoo.

Yahoo said that it is recruiting other publisher partners for its mobile ad network, and is also allowing companies to submit their content for inclusion in its mobile search index.
