Orlando, Fla. - Wireless carrier Sprint has announced that next month it will slash the cost of full-track downloads on its mobile music service, from $2.50 each to 99 cents.
To download music, subscribers must also pay for a data package, which costs an extra $15 per month.
The company also said its new Sprint Music Manager, powered by Smith Micro Software, will allow customers to load music from their PC-based collections to their phones via a USB cable.
