has named Jon Litner, president of SportsNet New York, President and will oversee the day-to-day management of the eight regional sports networks operated by Comcast, including SportsNet New York, which collectively serve more than 27 million viewers in leading sports markets across the country. He will be Comcast's representative on SNY's board.

CBS Television Distribution has named both Bruce Pottash and Jon Birkhahn EVP of Legal and Business Affairs.  Pottash will assume primary responsibility for legal matters pertaining to the production of programming produced by the group, West Coast syndication licensing, cable licensing and library programming. Birkhahn will focus on production and development agreements with talent and senior program personnel, distribution agreements with key program suppliers, East Coast syndication licensing and corporate matters.
