Miami, Fla. - Scrapblog on Monday announced that it has officially launched its Web-based multimedia scrapbook authoring software service.

In addition, the company announced that it has raised an undisclosed amount of funds in its first round of venture capital, led by Longworth Venture Partners.

Miami-based company Scrapblog's software allows people to mix their photos, videos, audio, text and other creative elements to create multimedia scrapbooks called "scrapblogs."
