New York - PR Newswire, a provider of electronic press release distribution, targeting, measurement and broadcast services, on Wednesday announced that it has acquired Vintage Filings, a New York-based company that provides SEC filing capabilities, typesetting and financial printing to more than 1,000 public companies, mutual funds, investment management firms, law firms and individuals.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Vintage was founded about five years ago and has 65 employees, with additional offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
