Redwood City, Calif. - Zazzle, a company that lets online customers create personalized apparel, posters, cards and stamps, said that it has acquired Berkeley, Calif.-based Confego, which partners with large retail brands to offer customizable versions of their products.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Confego co-founders Brennan Mulligan and David Gross will join Zazzle as vice presidents.

The acquisition will give Redwood City-based Zazzle Confego's proprietary software, as well as clients such as Reebok's RBK Custom.
