Web Video Site GoFish Applies to Move Stock to Nasdaq

San Francisco - Internet video distributor GoFish, said on Friday that it has applied to move its stock from the OTC Bulletin Board to the Nasdaq Capital Market.

If the application is approved, the stock is expected to continue trading under the ticker symbol, "GOFH."

"Listing GoFish stock on Nasdaq will raise our visibility among institutional and retail investors and would be in the best interests of our stockholders," said Michael Downing, the founder and CEO of San Francisco-based GoFish.

The site allows visitors to watch original online programming, as well as create and upload their own videos.
