Philadelphia - Comcast, the nation's largest cable TV provider, has signed a multi-year advertising deal with Yahoo, which will provide display and video ads on Comcast.net, a site that garners over 80 million video views and 15 million unique users per month.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Yahoo will become the primary seller of ads for Comcast.net display and video ads, while Comcast will continue to bundle the site in cross-platform and locally-targeted ad packages for advertisers. The deal does not include Comcast's search services or the company's other interactive properties.

Yahoo's "scale, experienced sales force, advertiser relationships and industry leading display advertising capabilities will bring significant new monetization opportunities to Comcast.net," said Comcast Interactive Media president Amy L. Banse.

Yahoo's ad services will be integrated on a redesign of Comcast.net expected to launch later this year.
