London - Major record label Warner Music Group announced that it has signed a deal with online ticket reseller Viagogo, providing fans who purchase tickets resold through the service with free downloads, ringtones and videos, Reuters reported.

The deal, initially launching in the U.K. and Germany, will also allow Warner to make batches of tickets for small industry or charity concerts available for sale through Viagogo.

Viagogo, which also powers secondary ticket sales for football clubs including Manchester United and Chelsea, takes a commission from sellers and buyers of event tickets on its guaranteed online exchange.

The company is headed by Eric Baker, who also co-founded ticket reseller StubHub, which was acquired earlier this year by eBay.
