San Mateo, Calif. - Rock You, a developer of Web-based widgets such as photo slideshows, glitter text and voicemail accessories, said on Wednesday that it has raised an undisclosed amount in its second round of funding, led by Partech International.

Previous investors Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed Ventures also participated in the round, which the company plans to use to continue developing and distributing its widgets, which are used on many popular social networking sites, blog networks and photo hosting sites.

Founded in 2006, San Mateo, Calif.-based RockYou says it serves over 150 million widgets viewed per day on social networks such as MySpace, Facebook, Bebo and WordPress.
