New York - Veotag, a developer of Web video and audio time-stamp tagging technology, has raised $750,000 in a round of angel financing, VentureBeat reported.

New York-based Veotag's technology allows users to tag specific moments within video or audio files, so that users can jump right to that moment in the file.

Users can create tags for tables of contents, chapter headings and menus, as well as add text comments that appear alongside their tags. The tags may then be shared via links and through search engines.
