Los Angeles - YouTube favorite "Little Loca," aka actress Stevie Ryan, is among the first from the site's roster of amateur talents to land a paying TV gig, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Ryan has been named one of four hosts for a new reality show on The CW, "Online Nation," which will feature video clips culled from the Web.

"If they're a little green or a little raw, we're OK with that," Ghen Maynard, executive vice president of alternative programming for CBS Paramount TV, told the Times.

"The idea was not to find the polished person who knows exactly which syllable to emphasize in the sentence."

Fellow YouTube star "LisaNova" was the first to jump to the small screen, landing a role on Fox's "MadTV."
