Herndon, Va. - Ruckus Network, a provider of digital entertainment services to more than 900 college campuses, said on Thursday that it has raised $10 million in its second round of funding, co-led by new investors Anschutz Investment and Columbia Capital.

Previous investors Battery Ventures, Eastward Capital, Pinnacle Ventures and Shelter Capital also participated in the round, which the company plans to use to continue expanding its business and develop additional services targeting college students.

Ruckus' free, ad-supported service provides college students, faculty and staff with legally downloadable multimedia, including access to 2.75 million songs and full-length films, as well as a social network.
