London - Two Way TV, a developer of interactive TV programming and delivery technology, announced this week that it has received a $10.6 million investment from Ingenious Media Active Capital, which has acquired a controlling equity stake in the company.

London-based Two Way TV has created interactive TV applications for programs such as "Big Brother," "X-Factor" and "Test the Nation," and has commissions for over 500 hours of programming from U.K. broadcasters including ITV and Sky Movies.

The company will use the investment to build its production capabilities by expanding its creative and production teams, and also to open a new office in Los Angeles.
