Contextual Online Ad Firm Tumri Raises $10 Million

Mountain View, Calif. - Tumri, a provider of contextual online advertising services, announced on Monday that it has raised $10 million in its second round of venture capital financing, led by Lehman Brothers Venture Partners.

Previous investors Shasta Ventures and Accel Partners also participated in the round, which will be used for sales, marketing and product development.

Mountain View, Calif.-based Tumri has created an integrated merchandising and advertising network, used by customers including Macy's, Wal-Mart and Sears.
