Darmstadt, Germany - German video game developer 10TACLE Studios announced on Tuesday that it has acquired Budapest, Hungary-based developer Stormregion.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Stormregion, which counts a staff of 95 and is one of Hungary's first developers licensed for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, is currently at work on "Codename Panzers: Cold War," which will be distributed throughout Europe by Electronic Arts.

Darmstadt-based 10TACLE, which counts 390 employees, said the acquisition will significantly expand its in-house development capacity.
