Universal Music Group is seeking a Manager of Latin Marketing/Digital for the Universal City, CA office.
DESCRIPTION The Manager of Latin Marketing/Digital is responsible for creating and executing digital retail marketing campaigns in support of UMGD music releases from Latin labels, including Universal Latino, Machete Music, Univision Records, Fonovisa, and Disa. Responsibilities include: - Daily communication with labels for release set up - Work with digital retailers on day-to-day marketing of all releases - Work with traditional physical retailers to create online sales promotions - Manage sales reporting for labels on daily/weekly basis - Develop large scale front line and catalog retail promotions to increase visibility and sales - Research and report on the efficacy of promotions - Manage the systems set up and follow through of digital product - Work with UMGD Latin department to support and tie digital marketing to physical CD sales initiatives Requirements: - Solid experience in working with retailers and setting up promotions - Good understanding of digital music technology, the online music environment and digital music sites - Good knowledge of distribution functions - Knowledge of the Latin music market - Working knowledge of Spanish - Excellent computer skills - Team player, high energy and marketing creativity a must Web Address: http://www.careers-umusic.com/umusic/jobboard/NewCandidateExt.as |
