Game Distribution Network NeoEdge Networks Raises $3 Million

Mountain View, Calif. - NeoEdge Networks, a provider of digital content delivery software for game publishers, has raised $3 million of an expected $8 million for its second round of venture capital financing, PEHub.com reported.

Investors included previous backers Jefferson Partners and Vimac Ventures.

Founded in 2002, Mountain View, Calif.-based NeoEdge offers a distribution network for video game publishers, advertisers and portals, that provides consumers free play of unlocked games, supported by advertising.

The company operates the MostFun.com Game Network, and also offers white label programs for third party sites.
