Weehawken, N.J. - Origin Digital, a New York-based video applications service provider, has acquired InterData Software, a privately held, Denver-based developer of web marketing technology.

InterData was founded in 2001. Its software incorporates workflow, media buying and planning, creative insertion, ad delivery, and reporting and tracking.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Origin Digital recently raised $5.5 million in its first round of venture capital.
