Sony: PlayStation 3 Sales in PAL TV Regions Top 1 Million

London - Sony Computer Entertainment Europe has passed one million unit sales for the PlayStation 3 in Europe, Australia and other regions that use the PAL TV standard, SCEE president and CEO David Reeves told The Register. Reeves added that the PS3 reached the million sales mark in the region in about 9.5 weeks, sooner than both the PlayStation 2 and original PlayStation.
