Chicago - AT&T announced on Tuesday the launch of a new mobile live video-sharing service, which allows subscribers to share live videos with one another during voice calls.

AT&T Video Share was launched today in Atlanta, Dallas and San Antonio; availability will expand in late July across the company's 3G wireless network, which covers more than 160 U.S. markets.

The service will cost $4.99 per month for 25 minutes of share time, $9.99 for 60 minutes of share time, or 35 cents a minute on a pay-as-you-go basis.

AT&T Video Share won't be compatible with Apple's forthcoming iPhone, as that device will use an older, slower network.
