London - Handmade Mobile Entertainment Ltd., a provider of mobile dating services, has raised $3.9 million in its second round of venture capital financing, led by Seraphim Capital, PEHub.com reported.

Founded in 2004, London-based Handmade's Flirtomatic service, which claims 350,000 members and 78 million page views per month, lets users connect with each other both online and via mobile phones.
