San Diego - Wireless developer Qualcomm said on Thursday that major label Warner Music Group is developing a series of over-the-air, downloadable, artist-branded themes for mobile phones. Based on Qualcomm's uiOne technology, the downloads will include skins to personalize a user's phone, in addition to ringtones, wallpapers, full-track songs, games and other artist-themed mobile products.
