Fairfax, Va. - Video-sharing service Tubearoo said on Thursday that its mobile video service has received approval for use with some major cellular carriers. The service, which the company is now testing internally, will allow subscribers to receive Tubearoo.com video clips on cell phones and other cellular devices through text messaging. The planned subscription fee will be $9.99 a month.
