Los Angeles - The Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) said this week that it teamed with the National Assn. of Theater Owners on a new anti-piracy campaign that will place posters inside movie theaters warning of the penalties for videotaping films. "With these posters, we want to remind would-be camcord thieves that they can face serious consequences for engaging in this illegal activity and remind moviegoers to report any suspicious activity to theater management," said MPAA chairman and CEO Dan Glickman.
