La Jolla, Calif. - Ortiva Wireless, a provider of mobile video delivery technology and services, announced on Monday that it has raised $15 million in its second round of financing, led by Comcast Interactive Capital.
Previous investors Artiman Ventures, Mission Ventures and Avalon Ventures also participated.
La Jolla, Calif.-based Ortiva offers a mobile content delivery network platform, which it says can adapt video or audio streams in real-time, based on an individual user's unique and changing mobile network conditions.
