Emeryville, Calif. - MobiTV, a provider of mobile and broadband video and audio content, said on Monday that it has opened a both a new research and development center, in Stockholm, Sweden, and a new engineering facility in Sunnyvale, Calif. The R&D center will focus on WiMAX and other next-generation wireless networks, while the Sunnyvale center will hope to better attract engineering talent in Silicon Valley.
