Louisville, Colo. - Lijit Networks, a provider of search tools and statistics for blog publishers, has raised $3.3 million in its second round of funding, led by Boulder Ventures.

Previous investors Colorado Fund I and Brad Feld also participated.

Founded in 2006, Colorado-based Lijit's search service allows readers to search blog publishers' posts, bookmarks, blogroll, and more from a widget placed on the publisher's property.

The company will use the funds for additional product development and to explore partnership opportunities.
