Buzz Watch: The Spice Girls Are Back! Check Out This Video

From the Union Jack to Victoria Beckham's breast implants, the Spice Girls are back. Fitting their new, more mature (!) image, Victoria (Adams) Beckham (Posh Spice), Melanie Chisholm (Sporty Spice), Geri Halliwell (Ginger Spice), Emma Bunton (Baby Spice) and Melanie Brown (Scary Spice) have dropped the funny nick-names and matching outfits, but will nevertheless go on a reunion tour together as the Spice Girls to promote a greatest-hits CD for EMI.

The Girls are already accepting ticket requests to the concerts on their website and judging by the buzz online – the reunion tour will be a hit.

The Spice Girls were brought to global pop-stardom in 1994 by Simon Fuller, the 19 Entertainment Ltd. Founder, who is overseeing the new tour. While the Spice Girls have sold a staggering 55 million records since then, the Spice Girls' 2000 album, "Forever," had weak sales, and the Girls began concentrating on their solo careers. The Spice Girls' reunion and announced world tour with 12 concerts is the latest come-back to follow more or less successful attempts from bands such as Take That, although without Robbie Williams, and the Police. Here is a video message from the Girls:

The announced tour will follow the following schedule:
