Comcast to Offer TiVo Software on Its Digital Video Recorders

Alviso, Calif. - TiVo said this week that Comcast, the nation's largest cable TV provider, has approved TiVo software for use on its Comcast digital video recorders. Comcast, which will begin testing the service in Boston in August, previously said that it would offer its customers the option of using TiVo's software for an additional fee.
