Established in 2000, Paris-based DiBcom's chips are used in automotive, PC/peripheral, and handheld devices such as mobile phones that deliver mobile TV. The company says its chips are used in the majority of DVB-H mobile TV phones currently on sale.

DiBcom will use the funds to accelerate international growth.
