San Jose, Calif. - PayPal, the online payments arm of San Jose-based eBay, on Tuesday launched a new mobile version of its service, known as Mobile Checkout. The service will allow customers in the U.S., U.K. and Canada to buy items through PayPal while using the mobile Web.
