Seattle - Cozi, a provider of social networking software for families, has raised $4 million in new financing from a group of angel investors, the Seattle-PI reported.
The company has now raised a total of $8.3 million from around 30 Seattle-area angel investors, including former Seattle Seahawks co-owner Herman Sarkowsky.
Since its launch at last fall's DEMO conference, the company has added 200,000 members.
Cozi will use the funds to develop marketing campaigns, add features to its products, and to build websites for companies that incorporate its calendar, photo gallery and messaging technology.
