Under the deal, Lionsgate will leverage its library of 11,000 movies and TV episodes into Break.com's site, which attracts more than 17 million monthly unique visitors.
The two companies will also collaborate on ways for Lionsgate to distribute its current and upcoming content through Break's online channel.
Lionsgate will also monitor Break.com's content for potential programming development opportunities.
