Responsible for development and implementation of new wireless products across multiple categories, including video, WAP, SMS and mobile advertising.
QUALIFICATIONS: 3 years experience developing innovative wireless products and services from creation to implementation; including in depth understanding of video, WAP, SMS and mobile advertising. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for development and implementation of new wireless products across multiple categories, including video, WAP, SMS and mobile advertising. * Coordinate with the NBCU operating divisions, NBCU's technology teams and NBCU Digital Distribution to manage the implementation of new product and new programming launches and ensure that NBCU meets programming deadlines and committed launch dates. * Coordinate with channel brand leaders and NBCU technology teams to capture and document creative and technical requirements with respect to new products and feature sets. * Work with the NBCU technology teams and external vendors to ensure that all requirements can be fulfilled within allotted timetables and budgets. * Work with TV and Web operating groups to oversee output of content, and ensure that output complies with contractual requirements, and that production costs are in line with budget estimates. * Create and manage a systematic process for monitoring product development pipeline and performance across multiple product lines, tracking launch dates, launch status, and potential delays. Develop and maintain a product development "dashboard" across multiple product categories, and work with key constituencies to make sure key deliverables are achieved on an ongoing basis. * Create and manage systematic process for monitoring content performance across multiple categories, including WAP, SMS, MMS and Video. Coordinate with research to maintain performance "dashboard" for NBCU content. * Provide competitive intelligence about what the best-in-class products and features are available in the marketplace, and assist in the development of a robust and consistent pipeline of new products. DESIRED: Ability to simplify complex technology into an easy to understand framework that can be presented to business or brand leaders.
