New York - Researchers at a computer security firm have uncovered a flaw in Apple's iPhone that would allow hackers to take over the device, using a Wi-Fi connection or website with malicious code, and retrieve personal information or even use the commandeered iPhone to make calls, The New York Times reported. No evidence exists that the flaw, discovered by Baltimore-based Independent Security Evaluators, has been exploited. "Apple takes security very seriously and has a great track record of addressing potential vulnerabilities before they can affect users," Apple spokeswoman Lynn Fox told The Times. "We're looking into the report submitted by I.S.E. and always welcome feedback on how to improve our security."
