New York - Hip-hop artist 50 Cent has sued online advertising firm Traffix, Inc., alleging the company illegally used his image in an advergame called "Shoot the Rapper," the Associated Press reported.

Although the game doesn't use the artist's name, "it looks like him, and there's no doubt the character is intended to be him," Peter Raymond, 50 Cent's attorney, told AP.

The lawsuit seeks $1 million in damages, and an injunction against further use of 50 Cent's likeness in the online game.
