Vancouver-based said that it has been developing its ZILLAcasting online content management and distribution system over the past three years, which allows for direct-to-viewer, in-browser content placement.
The company aims to partner with Internet service providers, to market its opt-in service for subscribers that it says will deliver them highly-targeted, more relevant advertising.

The ZILLAcasting system allows an ISP to track customers information and the more information provided, the more Adzilla pays the ISP. They use a transparent proxy, so the user is not even aware of the privacy invasion.
