Veoh Networks, an internet television company, today announced that Steve Mitgang has been appointed as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer. Mitgang comes to Veoh from Yahoo!, where he was Senior Vice President of the global team. He succeeds Veoh’s founding CEO Dmitry Shapiro, who will now assume the role of Founder and Chief Innovation Officer with active involvement in the business and a focus on advancing Veoh’s technology platforms and consumer standards. Dmitry will continue to represent the company’s thought leadership within the industry.  Veoh has also named Jennifer Betka as Senior Vice President of Marketing. Betka joins Veoh from Sirius Satellite Radio.

GSN announced today the appointment of David Goldhill as President and Chief Executive Officer effective August 1. The cable network, co-owned by Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) and Liberty Media Corporation, is distributed to over 64 million homes. In his new post, Goldhill will be responsible for all aspects of GSN's business including its expanding digital-platform efforts.

Move Networks, a provider of continuous long form and live video via the Internet, today announced that it has added 4 senior members to its executive team. Greg Smith has joined as CTO, Douglas Parrish as senior vice president of operations; David Rice as west coast vice president and Kevin Conlan, as east coast vice president.

TiVo Inc. today announced it has appointed Karen Bressner as Senior Vice President of Advertising Sales.  Based in New York and reporting directly to TiVo President and CEO Tom Rogers, Ms. Bressner brings to TiVo more than 25 years of experience in developing strategies for integrated sales efforts across national cable television, broadcast, and online.

Sona Mobile Holdings Corp., a provider of secure software solutions for gaming and entertainment announced today that Mike Fields has stepped down from his position as an independent director of the Company, effective August 8, 2007, in order to concentrate on his position as executive vice president of Action Gaming, and his family.

Live Nation, a live music company, announced today that it has named Bruce Moran President of the company's newly formed Latin American Division effective immediately. In his new role Mr. Moran will oversee Live Nation's business development in Latin America with a special focus on Mexico and Brazil, which are respectively the 12th and 13th ranked music markets globally. Mr. Moran most recently served as President of Live Nation New York.

Tyler Goldman, former president of Feedster, senior VP of business and corporate development at Movielink, founder of Broadband Sports)  has been appointed CEO of Buzznet to continue driving the site's growth.
