Officials with Eagle Broadband, Inc., a national provider of broadband, Internet protocol (IP), and digital communications technology and services, announced today that Dave Micek has stepped aside as CEO and President of Eagle Broadband. He has also resigned from Eagle’s Board of Directors. MTV Networks Germany in Berlin has appointed Jurgen Hopfgartner as director digital media G/S/A (Germany, Switzerland and Austria) with immediate effect.  In the newly-created role, Hopfgartner will be responsible for the business and product development of MTVN's online and mobile distribution in the region.
