London - Viagogo, a U.K.-based online ticket reseller, has raised $30 million in its third round of funding, from investors including Index Ventures, LVMH chairman Bernard Arault, German media mogul Herbert Kloiber, and international financier Jacob Rothschild.
Founded by Eric Baker, the co-founder of fellow online ticket seller StubHub, Viagogo offers an online marketplace where users can buy and sell sports, concert and arts and theater tickets.
The company will use the funds to enter the U.S. market.
