Internet TV Distributor Narrowstep Raises $10.5 Million

New York - Narrowstep, a provider of Internet TV delivery technology, announced on Wednesday that it has raised $10.5 million through a private placement of its common stock and warrants.

RENN Capital Group led the investment; other investors included David C. McCourt, the company's chairman, CEO, and largest individual shareholder.

New York-based Narrowstep provides Internet TV distribution services for clients including Virgin Media, ITV, Sci Fi and Terra.
