Knoxville, Tenn. - Scripps Networks, whose TV networks include Food Network, HGTV and DIY Network, announced that it has acquired Incando, operator of the personal media sharing service Pickle.com.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is Scripps' second in a month, following its purchase of online recipe site Recipezaar.

The company said it plans to integrate Arlington, Va.-based Incando's Pickle technology on its family of websites, which draw a combined 15 million monthly unique visitors.

The technology lets users upload photos and videos from mobile phones or digital cameras to any website.
