Huntington Beach, Calif. - Jack 9 Entertainment, an IPTV network and development company, on Tuesdsay announced its acquisition of social networking site CommunityX.net. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Huntington Beach, Calif.-based Jack 9 also said it has named Craig Cunningham as its new chief financial officer. The company said its Web TV site attracts over 1 million unique daily visitors, and will benefit from CommunityX.net's base of 400,000 members.
